Kupid AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern access to the Kupid AI website and any character, chat, creation, memory, media, account, or support feature made available through it. By accessing or using Kupid AI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Adult eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement in your location. Kupid AI is not directed to children. You may not permit a person under 18 to access the service through your account or device.
3. Product-preview status
Some pages or controls may demonstrate planned product behavior rather than a fully available service. A visible preview, character card, creator setting, or feature description is not a guarantee that a corresponding account, chat, memory, voice, image, payment, or export function is active. Available features may change during development.
4. Fictional AI characters
All Kupid AI girlfriends, boyfriends, anime characters, and other companions are fictional adult personas generated or operated by software. They are not real people, do not have consciousness or human feelings, and do not maintain an independent life outside the service. Generated messages may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or inappropriate and should not be treated as statements from a human.
5. Not professional advice or emergency support
Kupid AI does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not rely on a character response for a decision that could affect health, safety, rights, finances, or another person. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.
6. Accounts and security
If accounts become available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting login credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify Kupid AI of suspected unauthorized access. We may require age confirmation, security checks, or additional information reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Kupid AI to facilitate unlawful activity; exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors; create non-consensual intimate content; impersonate a real person deceptively; harass or threaten others; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass security controls; scrape the service in violation of applicable restrictions; manipulate usage or payment systems; or interfere with other users.
8. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, settings, feedback, and uploaded material. You grant Kupid AI and necessary service providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content.
9. Generated content
AI-generated output may resemble content generated for other users and may not be unique. To the extent permitted by law, Kupid AI does not guarantee ownership, copyright protection, accuracy, availability, or suitability of generated output. You are responsible for reviewing output before sharing, publishing, or relying on it and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
10. Kupid AI materials
The website design, brand, software, graphics, character presentation, and other service materials are owned by Kupid AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as offered. They do not grant a right to copy the service, sell access, remove notices, or create a competing dataset or product from protected materials.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed. Avoid placing highly sensitive personal information in character prompts or conversations. No online system is completely secure, and fictional characters should never be treated as confidential human professionals.
12. Third-party services
Kupid AI may depend on or link to third-party hosting, authentication, payment, AI, communication, or content services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Kupid AI is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
13. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Features, characters, limits, and availability may change without a guarantee of continued access. Planned maintenance, security events, provider outages, or legal requirements may interrupt service. Where practical, reasonable notice should be given for material changes affecting paid access.
14. Enforcement and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where account features exist, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kupid AI disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kupid AI and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in your location and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Changes and severability
These terms may be updated as the service or law changes. The updated date will be revised when changes are published, and additional notice will be provided where required. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.
